Darling Dance
ft. Sukone Tei, Namine Ritsu (Kire) - 7/2023 - this was my first (and basically last) attempt at making my own ust. i remember it took so long to put in all the lyrics, as this was before i knew any japanese and i was basically glued to a romaji lyric video the whole time. and just when i finished and was about to get started tuning... i deleted it by accident. yeah, i have no idea how i managed that, but i do know that i was devastated. obviously i managed to remake it in the end, but i still think about it whenever i see "Darling Dance DON'T DELETE STUPID.ust" in my files.

The Snow White Princess Is
ft. Defoko (VCV) - 7/2023 - i love this song so much! it was only a matter of time before i covered it, really. i also consider this cover a bit of a turning point. a lot of the little tuning flourishes and tricks i use now, i started using with this cover, or at least early versions of them.

Tokyo Teddy Bear
ft. Adachi Rei (VCV) - 8/2023 - i honestly still like the tuning here a lot! but the mixing... oh the mixing..... don't you just hate it when bad things happen to good covers??? i'm honestly considering remaking it... i can fix her. also ADACHI REI!!!!

Meltdown
ft. Gekiyaku (点滴) - 9/2023 - note: song lyrics contain themes of suicidality. this was when i discovered gekiyaku! tuning gekiyaku in all her banks is so fun!!

Unknown Mother Goose
ft. Adachi Rei (VCV) - 11/2023 - this was the first cover i made when i moved from audacity to cakewalk by bandlab for my mixing/mastering (not that i was mastering before lol). not only did i move softwares, but this is when i really started to learn the fundementals of actually making a decent mix and not just, like, using presets or copying from youtube tutorials. i wouldn't say it's a GOOD mix, (i wouldn't say that about any of my covers, really), but it's better than before i think!

Bacterial Contamination
ft. Nagone Mako - 12/2023 - this is honestly my favorite cover to have made (so far!) i remember just flying through the tuning. even mixing was fun?? i just really enjoyed it for some reason, maybe because bacterial contamination is such a good song. also mako is so fun to tune!!

Odo
ft. Gekiyaku (丸薬) - 1/2024 - i was feeling pretty good about this until i relistened to the original right after i finished the mixing.. it was like trying to repaint the mona lisa and then remembering that leonardo da vinci exists. like you can TRY, but you're just going to have to accept that it's just not going to turn out as good as the original. but i still had fun so it's fine i guess!!

Ghost Rule
ft. Anna Nyui (Raw) - 2/2024 - another fun one!!! the ust i used was so fun, tons of cool ad libs. and i really enjoyed making The Growl! i was worried i wouldn't be able to make it good because i don't really understand utau flags (and a ghost rule cover is only as good as its Growl, of course). but i think it turned out okay in the end! i think nyui just really has a voice for it. yeah using nyui was really fun!! not many utaus sound good in both high and low registers like she does!

Two-Sided Lovers
ft. Ouka Alice (Waremokou) - 2/2024 - not much to say about this one except that i enjoyed making it! i really like alice's voice. it's cute and soft but also has a bit of an edge to it!

Teo
ft. Adachi Rei (VCV) - 5/2024 - TEO TEO. TEOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! the production is.. not great but it's fine probably! looking at the date now, i'm realizing how long its been since i actually finished a cover... i need to fix that immediately!!!!
