Tamagotchi Connection (2024); Tamagotchi Uni; Digimon Digital Monster Ver. 20th
My Connection arrived today! The shell is even cuter in person, absolute eye candy! I mean, it really looks like
candy, too! So much glitter, so much pink. I wouldn't have it any other way!!
So then I pulled the tab and started it up, entered the time, what have you. When it asked to give it a name, I
kind of just threw up my hands and called it "Hart", misspelled to leave room for a little heart symbol on the
end.
And in a few minutes, Hart hatched into Teletchi! Everything was pretty standard so far, though I
did have to consult the manual for the games. But I figured it out after that! And by "figure it out", I
do mean doing exactly what it says in the manual. I'm still trying to understand some things and get used
to all the new features, but it honestly doesn't seem like as much of a learning curve as I thought it
would be, so that's nice.
Anyway, it wasn't long before Hart evolved into Tamatchi! I'm very interested to see what she evolves
into, and which characters are available.

Tamagotchi Uni; Digimon Digital Monster Ver. 20th
I started a new egg on my Tamagotchi Uni a few days ago, and he became Simagurutchi! One of my favorites, I like
his fashion sense and placid stare. Lately I've kind of just been speedrunning generations. I'm trying to get
Bubbletchi, the only character on the base Uni (other than the ones that require multiple devices) I haven't
raised yet, but she keeps eluding me!! Every time I get to a fifth generation, I end up getting a boy and have
to start all over again. So I've kind of been trying to take it a little slower with these last few generations.
It's a lot more fun to get to know your Tama, dressing them up and playing with them and stuff. Plus, it would
be pretty boring for you to have to look at a bunch of plain Tamas with no accessories, right?
In any case, my next generation is a multiple of five... Fingers crossed, I'll finally get a girl! But I'm
still going to be sticking with this guy for at least another day or so, if only to delay my inevitable
disappointment.

As for my Digimon, I keep trying to get Kabuterimon. I've been using
Humulos's guide, and I did for Kabuterimon too, but I never actually... read what it said? Like
I looked at it, but it didn't enter my brain. I was just like, "Yeah, no care mistakes, got it, no problem."
And then just completely glossed over the training part. So I was confused as to why I kept getting Angemon
despite following what my brain decided were the conditions, and only after like three straight Angemons did I bother
checking the website again.
So now that I actually, like, know what I'm supposed to do, this Gabumon will definately be the one to digivolve
into Kabuterimon! At least it better be, I'm not sure how much more of this problem I created I can take!!
In other news, I'm very excited, because my Tamagotchi Connection rerelease is arriving soon! I would have gotten
one sooner, but I've been waiting for the Pink Glitter shell to be released for me. That shell is honestly
peak Tamagotchi to me... Pink? Glittery? Translucent???? It's all I could ever want out of a shell!! Plus, this will be my first
Connection, which is very exciting! A lot of people really seem to love them, so I'm glad to finally be among
them!
Amazon says it'll be here tomorrow, but I'm not sure I believe that. It's a national holiday in my country for one thing, and Amazon just
tends to delay stuff at the last minute anyway. But it'll come very soon, at least! I'll be going in pretty blind,
so I intend to document my misadventures to the best of my abilities.
